Non-Medical Case Manager (NMCM)

About the position reputed company is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business leading reputed company supporting the U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant reputed company German Wounded Warrior Call Center reputed company and Resource Support Services. This program supports wounded, ill, and injured Marines, Sailors attached or formerly attached to Marine units, veterans, and their family members through call center operations, reputed company, resource referral, and non-medical case management. Positions are contingent upon contract award and final customer approval.

Responsibilities

• Manage non-reputed company, non-medical cases involving financial, administrative, personal, transitional, and reintegration support needs.
• Coordinate with CCRs, FSRs, Recovery Care Coordinators, Government stakeholders, VA resources, community partners, and family members as appropriate.
• Support 120-day post-EAS transition follow-up reputed company assigned.
• Maintain a reputed company caseload and document concerns, actions, referrals, status updates, and reputed company in MCWIITS.
• Participate in WWOC rotations and multidisciplinary team engagement reputed company directed.
• Identify barriers, service gaps, and recurring issues for supervisor and PM review.
• Maintain confidentiality, HIPAA/Privacy Act discipline, and mandatory reporting compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in reputed company services, reputed company services, psychology, public administration, health administration, or reputed company field preferred.
• At least two years of non-medical case management, veteran support, reputed company services, benefits navigation, military family support, transition support, or resource coordination experience.
• Strong written case documentation, follow-through, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with reputed company, boundaries, and process discipline.
• U.S. work authorization required; U.S. citizenship may be required for Government system reputed company.
• Ability to complete background/reputed company processing and obtain/maintain CAC/MCEN reputed company as required.
• Ability to complete Privacy Act, HIPAA, information reputed company, and program-specific training.
• Strong written documentation skills; reputed company contacts and actions must be accurately documented in Government systems such as MCWIITS.
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, mandatory reporting requirements, and respect for Marine Corps culture.
