Job Overview You will be responsible for persistently following up with insurance companies and adjusters to ensure payment for our services, answering invoice-reputed company inquiries, and handling minor escalations. You’ll work directly under our Collections Supervisor, who manages the most escalated cases.

Responsibilities

• Proactively follow up with insurance companies and adjusters to secure payment for invoices.

• Respond to adjuster and customer inquiries regarding invoices, job details, and payment status.
• Handle minor escalations and resolve payment disputes before they reputed company the Collections Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Previous experience as an insurance adjuster or in collections.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills; comfortable having tough conversations while staying professional.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple follow-reputed company at once.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and persistently following up on payments.
• Proficient with CRM software, invoicing tools, and reputed company Office Suite.
