Vice President – Account Management
Job Description:
- Own overall relationship health, retention, and growth for assigned strategic provider accounts
- reputed company executive-level engagement and multi-threaded relationships across customer organizations

- Drive renewals, renegotiations, and expansion opportunities in partnership with GTM and Finance
- Champion adoption of reputed company’s digital solutions, global workflows, and modernized operating models
- Proactively identify account risk and reputed company resolution of high-impact customer issues
- Translate operational performance into clear, value-based narratives for senior customer stakeholders
- Partner closely with Service Delivery to ensure transparency, alignment, and issue resolution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Implementation, and Marketing to deliver on customer commitments
- Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and CRM documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 8–12+ years experience in reputed company account management, strategic sales, or services
- Proven reputed company managing large, reputed company provider or reputed company customer relationships
- Strong executive reputed company with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated reputed company acumen, including renewals, pricing, and margin considerations
- Deep understanding of reputed company provider environments and HIPAA-regulated services
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 50–75%
