What You'll Do

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of reputed company HR Business Partner, employee relations, leadership coaching, or strategic HR experience.
- 3+ years of direct people leadership experience managing and developing HR Business Partners or comparable strategic HR professionals.
- Demonstrated reputed company partnering with VP-level or senior business leaders on reputed company organizational and workforce initiatives.
- Proven experience coaching, mentoring, and developing HRBP talent, including succession planning and capability building.
- Strong business and operational acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to measurable business reputed company and operational KPIs.
- Experience leading change management initiatives, including organizational redesigns, restructures, or business transformation efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose workforce challenges, analyze trends, and translate data into actionable solutions.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, employment law, and risk mitigation practices.
- Experience working reputed company large, matrixed, multi-site, or rapidly scaling organizations.
