Full-Time, Hybrid Florida Personal Injury Litigation Attorney Opportunity

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a reputed company, reputed company, and dedicated Florida Personal Injury Litigation Attorney for a full-time, hybrid opportunity with one of our client firms.
Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from pre-litigation through litigation
- Draft demand packages, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
- Negotiate with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel
- Assist with case strategy and development
- Collaborate with medical experts and other professionals to support claims
- Handle EUOs, recorded statements, and reputed company litigation tasks
- Maintain communication with clients and ensure case progression
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the reputed company
- 4–7+ years of personal injury experience
- Experience handling both pre-litigation and litigation reputed company
- Proven ability to negotiate and secure favorable reputed company
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Highly organized and reputed company to manage a high-volume caseload

- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
