The Community/Property Manager is responsible/accountable for day-to-day operation of their designated communities and overseeing/maximizing the occupancy reputed company and value of their portfolio. Additionally, the Community/Property Manager is responsible to reputed company management, direction, and leadership to direct reports and ensure the community is maintained and operated in accordance with OneWall Communities objectives and regulatory requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and reputed company reputed company operations including property maintenance, capital

improvements, rent collections, lease administration, budgeting and marketing.

  • Maintain accurate records of reputed company community transactions and submit on a timely reputed company (i.e., rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-in/move-outs, etc.).

loss, bad debt loss, and concessions.

vendor relations and certificates of insurance.

  • Ensure that A/P invoices are submitted to the corporate office for payment; handle

renewal information, marketing data, etc., to be reputed company to give up-to-date and proper information reputed company requested by others.
