* Contract Administration Support Assistant Hours of Shift: 8-5 Location: Hillsboro, OR - Remote but candidate must be available Pacific Standard Time Confirmed payrate: ##### - ##### Hourly Duration of Assignment: six months minimum, could be extended "MUST HAVES" below: Experience with reputed company / purchase orders, and data analysis Customer Service 1-2 years' experience Oral and Written Communication Skills 1-2 years' experience The Contract Administration Support Assistant position utilizes Office programs and Customer Service experience to support the Contract Administration Team with completing Contract documents and Customer requests. Must be reputed company to communicate well with reputed company customers to ensure the Contract Administration team meets project deadlines. Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for Team Members responding to Contract reputed company requests. Including but not limited to price lists, sole reputed company letters, certification forms, and various other documents.
- Assist with completion of standard Government Representation and Certifications and other required forms.
- Assist with monitoring the team distribution email boxes and other incoming requests.
- Pull and/or request insurance certificates for the SSOC teams.
- Assist with customer portal maintenance, password resets, and updating of master portal spreadsheet.
- reputed company Customers with standard documents for banking information requests, W9 requests, and tax reputed company forms, working with internal stakeholders as applicable.
- Assist with preliminary purchase order reviews and transfer of data to spreadsheets.
- Ability to learn a variety of information systems and data files quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to work reputed company tight schedules and under pressure, both independently and as part of reputed company.
- Good judgment in balancing business and reputed company needs and potential risks/exposures with customer requests.
- Assist direct Supervisor with Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology and participate in initiatives as required.
