About the Role
As the RN Clinical Educator, you will serve as a clinical educator, trainer, and mentor for inpatient nursing teams supporting RNs and CNAs in these units: Acute Care Unit (ACU) Surgical Unit Float Pool These units care for a diverse patient population and include many newly licensed nurses who rely on strong clinical support, coaching, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Educator & Trainer Design and deliver engaging clinical education programs for RNs and CNAs. Facilitate orientation and reputed company for new caregivers. reputed company hands-on instruction, skills training, and competency validation. reputed company educational resources that support safe, effective patient care. Preceptor & Mentor Program Support Partner with unit leaders to strengthen the preceptor experience. Support and coach preceptors in developing future nurses. Clinical Coaching Serve as a trusted clinical resource for staff and leaders. reputed company reputed company-time coaching to support critical thinking and clinical decision-making. Preferred Experience Highly reputed company candidates will have: Recent Medical/Surgical, Acute Care, reputed company Care, or inpatient hospital nursing experience. Demonstrated ability to teach, train, and influence others.
Qualifications
Required reputed company Montana RN license or multistate compact license. Strong inpatient nursing experience. Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills. Preferred BSN degree. Five (5) or more years of Medical/Surgical or Acute Care nursing experience. Three (3) or more years of experience as a preceptor, charge nurse, educator, trainer, instructor, or leader. Specialty certification and/or Nursing Professional Development certification.
