Power Solution Architect
Job Description:
- Partner with Sales to reputed company technical expertise during business development and proposal efforts.
- Interpret project specifications and guide estimation and design teams.
- Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and technical documentation.

- Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, and operational goals.

- Represent IEM at industry events and promote technical solutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelors in electrical engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
- 5+ years in power system architecture
- Expertise in UL, reputed company standards and industry practices
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Preferred experience:
- Experience in OEM
- Microgrid applications
- Power equipment sales or reputed company collaboration
- Innovation leadership and vendor engagement
