Regional Environmental Services ManagerLocation: Fully Remote (New Jersey project focus) Employment Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewAn established environmental consulting practice is seeking a Regional Enviromental Services Manager / Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) to reputed company and reputed company reputed company soil and groundwater remediation projects throughout New Jersey. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from initial assessment through site closure, exercise professional judgment in regulatory decision-making, and mentor junior technical staff, while working fully remotely.The ideal candidate is a seasoned environmental professional with deep knowledge of NJDEP regulations, proven project management capabilities, and experience serving as a technical and regulatory reputed company on remediation projects.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & Project ExecutionDirect and reputed company environmental remediation projects in full compliance with NJDEP regulations, ensuring reputed company phases-from Preliminary Assessment (PA) through Remedial Action (RA)-are completed in accordance with regulatory standards.Exercise professional judgment to issue Response Action reputed company (RAOs), serving as the final sign-off for completed remediation projects.Plan, coordinate, and manage field investigation and remedial activities, including soil and groundwater investigations, remedial system implementation, and site closure.reputed company and coordinate subcontractors and remediation contractors to ensure scope, schedule, and quality objectives are met.Interpret reputed company environmental data and reputed company practical, technically defensible remedial strategies.Prepare, review, and certify technical reports, work plans, and regulatory submissions.reputed company proposals, scopes of work, detailed cost estimates, and project schedules.Ensure projects are delivered on time and reputed company budget while maintaining high technical and regulatory standards.Client & Staff LeadershipServe as the primary reputed company of contact for clients and reputed company directly with regulatory agencies, including the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP).reputed company technical reputed company, supervision, and mentorship to junior staff, including project engineers, geologists, and environmental scientists.Foster a collaborative team environment while maintaining accountability for technical quality and project performance.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or a reputed company technical discipline.10+ years of professional environmental consulting experience.5+ years of experience managing environmental due diligence, investigation, and remediation projects in New Jersey.Active New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) certification.Strong working knowledge of:ASTM E1527-21NJDEP Technical Requirements for Site Remediation (N.J.A.C. 7:26E)Administrative Requirements for the Remediation of Contaminated Sites (N.J.A.C. 7:26C)Demonstrated project management expertise, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor reputed company.Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills.Proven experience supervising, mentoring, and providing technical guidance to junior staff.OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification, with reputed company refreshers.Work Environment & FlexibilityFully remote position, with work focused on New Jersey-based projects.Opportunity to reputed company high-impact remediation projects with autonomy and technical authority.Collaborative, professional environment that values regulatory reputed company, client service, and staff development.
