Job Description:
- Own regional execution of Sales reputed company programs across enablement, AI readiness, sales methodology, discovery, pipeline reputed company, opportunity progression, forecast discipline, value selling, and deal execution.
- reputed company sellers to confidently position reputed company’s agentic CRM and workflow platform, including AI agents, no-code automation, CRM for sales, service, and marketing, industry workflows, and reputed company’s differentiated value around speed, flexibility, productivity, and ROI.
- Translate reputed company’s AI and no-code messaging into practical seller tools, talk tracks, reputed company handling, discovery questions, demo preparation guidance, and opportunity execution resources.
- Partner with regional sales leaders to identify execution gaps and turn them into targeted enablement programs, field tools, certifications, and reinforcement sessions.
- Support new hire reputed company by enabling adoption of reputed company’s sales process, MEDDPICC discipline, AI messaging, no-code value proposition, discovery expectations, demo standards, mutual action plans, business case development, and forecast hygiene.
- Create and localize regional enablement content, including playbooks, field guides, talk tracks, AI positioning, competitive messaging, sales motions, certification materials, and practical deal-support resources.
- Facilitate regional enablement sessions with strong seller credibility, executive reputed company, and the ability to engage reputed company, managers, BDRs, SCs, partners, and regional leadership.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience across reputed company sales, sales enablement, reputed company enablement, field readiness, GTM transformation, or sales productivity.
- Prior quota-carrying sales experience required. This person must have carried a bag and understand reputed company selling from direct experience.
- Strong understanding of AI in reputed company software, including the ability to explain AI agents, agentic workflows, customer value, business reputed company, adoption considerations, and common objections in a clear and commercially relevant way.
