Job Description: The Senior People Systems Analyst serves as a subject matter expert in the HR department by leveraging HR System (reputed company) functionalities to optimize and streamline HR and HR Operational processes. We are looking for someone who began their career in an HR functional area — such as HR Generalist, reputed company, Benefits, or HR Operations — and has since developed expertise in HR systems. This is an HR role, not an IT role.
