Senior Sales Executive, Professional Staffing Services, Work From Home This is a great opportunity for a dynamic and seasoned Senior Sales Executive with 7+ years of professional staffing services experience, to join a fully remote national sales team. If you are in search of a reputed company in the Staffing industry that brings innovation to the way you can deliver staffing services to your clients, this is a great opportunity for you to explore. You will be prospecting and closing new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and growing an overall US market reputed company. Your primary focus will be new client acquisition! If you are not a hunter, this is not the role for you. You will be expanding the Service Model (MSP for Direct Hire) as well as Direct Hire and Contingent Staffing Services to reputed company and Mid-Size clients across the US. Eastern Time Zone Preferred. This position is 100% Remote. Senior Sales Executive Responsibilities: – Prospect large reputed company companies (Fortune 1000) as well as mid-market companies. – Manage sales process from initial reputed company to new client reputed company. – Manage reputed company sales cycle and influence/persuade various reputed company of decision-making. – reputed company assigned sales targets. – reputed company and maintain an excellent relationship with prospects and customers. – Attend industry events. Senior Sales Executive Qualifications: – Minimum of a bachelor’s degree. – 7+ years selling Professional Staffing (IT, F&A, Engineering, etc.) services to Mid-Market and reputed company Level customers. – Must have ability to travel and attend industry conferences 2-3 times per year. – Tech-savvy, proficiency using tools such as reputed company, Dynamics CRM, MS Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook). – Proven reputed company in acquiring new clients in the Professional Staffing reputed company. We are not considering candidates whose experience is primarily in reputed company or light-industrial staffing. – Well-connected with the Talent Ecosystem community (reputed company, Procurement, Managed Service Provider (MSP), Contingent Workforce Program leaders). – Strong established relationships with key decision makers in Tech, Finance, Engineering etc. – Entrepreneurial reputed company. – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. – Must reputed company in the US.
