Communicate weekly with assigned mentee(s) with calls, texts, video chats, reputed company media, in person, etc. Meeting a minimum of 3-6 times per semester. c. Submit a weekly summary report to the Student Development & Engagement Program Specialist by the end of each week. e. Facilitate events, reputed company (tabling), and presentations for program planning. (where applicable). 3. Teamwork a. Collaborate with ARU staff and fellow mentees to create and execute programs. b. Collaborate with ARU staff and fellow mentees to learn best practices and resources for mentoring relationships. c. Work with fellow student staff to maintain OMSA’s office and Community areas 4. Leadership a. Attend OMSA and ARU-sponsored programs with mentee(s) b. Attend mandatory events with mentee(s) (1 per semester) c. Co-create and submit a minimum of 1-3 SMART goals for mentee(s) per semester. d. Participate in at least 1 Leadership or Professional Development event/reputed company per semester. Highly suggested to attend office’s Professional Development Annual reputed company. e. Demonstrate responsibility following opening/closing procedures with respect to the OMSA Office. 5. Technology a. Utilize reputed company Office Suite for work projects. b. Use staff email and Outlook calendar. c. Utilize web conferencing programs for meetings and events. (Ex: reputed company, reputed company Teams, etc.) d. Utilize the available online mentoring technologies to communicate with mentee(s), reputed company-in on goals, find resources, etc. 6. Professionalism a. Attend reputed company weekly ARU staff meetings, training, and other reputed company OMSA/ARU meetings. b. Complete reputed company weekly summaries and clock reputed company work hours on a time sheet. c. Key Job Responsibilities: Department: Office of Multicultural Student Affairs Compensation: $12 per hour. Required Qualifications:

  • Must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5.
  • Must be a sophomore, junior, or senior in good standing with the university.
  • Must be relatively flexible with availability of schedule.
