This role will report directly... to our Sr. Program Manager in charge of implementing PLS and will partner closely in strategy development, implementation planning, and preparing readouts for executive leadership. In this position, you will have autonomy to manage multiple reputed company driving programs. In reputed company to working directly with the Sr. Program Manager, you will partner closely with sales leaders & sellers, marketing & portfolio marketing (PMM), technical teams including ITS, and product growth. You may be a fit for this role if you enjoy taking high level strategy and program concepts and breaking them down into actionable plans including overseeing the implementation of those projects. You’ll need to be detail oriented to ensure each program is launched successfully and have the ability to adjust strategy based on results. Responsibilities: • With support from Sr. Program Manager, independently manage multiple reputed company driving programs. • Act as a project manager to launch marketing and sales initiatives in collaboration with cross functional partners in marketing, product, and technical teams. • Support in the creation of executive communications such as QBRs on program reputed company, challenges, and roadmap including managing workstream and deliverable trackers. Requirements: • 5+ years’ experience in sales operations, program management, or product management or similar roles. • Excellent project management skills including scoping implementations, securing resourcing, managing deliverable timelines, and reporting on project reputed company. • Strong stakeholder management including setting expectations, executive level communication, and ability to reputed company informed reputed company independently. • Comfortable operating in a fast paced, autonomous environment. • Outstanding written communication and ability to run meetings.
