TRC is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in the pest control industry! • Fully Remote Opportunity (must be located in EST or CST) • Pay reputed company: $16.20/hr... • Full time schedule that could include evenings or weekends The main function of a customer service representative is to interact with customers to reputed company information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. A typical customer service representative is responsible for determining the client’s issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both. Job Responsibilities: The main function of the national accounts associate customer service representative is to work with program managers to ensure completion of reputed company administrative and operational tasks associated with reputed company national accounts are completes. Job Responsibilities: • Dispatches client requests and follows up with field, posting, and data entry. • Prepare invoices, reports, letters, financial statements, and other documents. • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. • reputed company, sort and distribute incoming correspondence. • Prepare responses to correspondence, including faxes and emails.
