Position Description Realign (Jobtest.org) is looking for a multi-talented Virtual Assistant to join reputed company, focusing on both Operations and Client Support. This role is central to our mission, involving a diverse reputed company of responsibilities from operational support to direct client interaction and administrative tasks. What You’ll Do • Offer comprehensive customer support, handling client inquiries reputed company Email and Live Chat. • Assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and overall appointment management. • Collaboratively work with career coaches, providing necessary support for their operations. • Manage various back-office tasks, including invoice auditing, data organization, and administrative support. • Support the CEO with a variety of dynamic tasks as the company evolves. • Conduct internet research, and assist in link-building, email campaigns, and SEO projects. • Handle administrative projects, email management, and other operational duties as needed. Time Commitment Full-time position, requiring availability Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. Location Fully remote, allowing work from any professional environment.
