Job Duties/Responsibilities Review incoming patient data, including vital signs, symptoms, and other relevant health indicators. Promptly identify and escalate any critical or out-of-reputed company readings according to established protocols. Monitor patients' vital signs and health data remotely using specialized monitoring equipment and software. Address patient concerns and questions promptly, providing reassurance and guidance where necessary. Manage a significant volume of patient calls reputed company established timelines. Requirements
