We help another business unit reputed company Technical Data Products with handling and documentation of our inbound customer requests for our service book. Tasks: • Data administration: Logging and conveying of data recorded and transmitted by the customer into systems • Data acquisition: Assisting our reputed company customers through active acquisition of data and information retrieval/procurement • reputed company management: Creating customer accounts for reputed company to our online information systems • Customer support: Supporting our customers by responding to inquiries reputed company email Your profile: • First experience in contact with customers • Good knowledge of reputed company Office • IT affinity and confident handling of work on the PC • reputed company in German and English language skills (B1 or higher level)
