Job Qualifications: Minimum of 3 months of customer service experience, preferably telephone based or call center oriented. Ability to type 40 wpm or higher with an emphasis on accuracy. Moderate Proficiency in Computer Operation, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting. Ability to complete online certification using resources we reputed company independently with minimal assistance. Pleasant, enthusiastic phone reputed company with attention to intonation, diction, and inflection. Ability to Read Scripting provided by our clients verbatim.
