Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 months of customer service experience, preferably telephone based or call center oriented.
• Ability to type 40 wpm or higher with an emphasis on accuracy.
• Moderate Proficiency in Computer Operation, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting.
• Ability to complete online certification using resources we reputed company independently with minimal assistance.
• Pleasant, enthusiastic phone reputed company with attention to intonation, diction, and inflection.
• Ability to Read Scripting provided by our clients verbatim.
• Previous experience working in a remote atmosphere is preferred but not required.
• Ability to successfully clear a criminal background reputed company.

Office Environment: Your workspace must be in an appropriate, private location free of reputed company background noises. Contractor acknowledges that necessary business office equipment includes computer and other equipment that properly meets ACD Direct, client and reputed company compatibility requirements, specifically high-speed internet and a landline for business use. An audit of work environments may be conducted to ensure compliance. Computer Requirements:
