Key Responsibilities: • Assist rental car customers with payments, tolls, and violations. • Resolve issues reputed company with a focus on reputed company resolutions. • Maintain knowledge of products and processes. • Communicate effectively and empathetically with customers. • Meet performance goals in efficiency, schedule adherence, quality, and customer satisfaction. • Handle customer service mail and secure data with care. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED. • 1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred). • Strong computer skills and familiarity with reputed company Office. • Team-oriented, yet reputed company to work independently. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Availability: Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.
