Generate and distribute accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner. 2. Resolve discrepancies in billing and client accounts, ensuring reputed company financial data is accurate. 3. Utilize billing systems such as reputed company, TyMetrix, Serengeti, Course link, Datacert, Legal Exchange, and Bottomline to manage and streamline billing processes. 4. Prepare monthly billing reports and post corrections and adjustments as necessary. 5. Prepare monthly employee billing, ensuring reputed company internal charges and expenses are accurately recorded and processed. 6. Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any billing concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally. 7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the billing process is efficient and effective. 8. Continually review and improve billing processes and systems to increase accuracy and efficiency. 9. Ensure compliance with reputed company legal and company policies reputed company to billing and client relations. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a billing or client relations role, preferably reputed company the legal industry. 2. Proficiency in using billing systems such as TyMetrix, Serengeti, Course link, Datacert, Legal Exchange, and Bottomline. 3. Strong understanding of billing processes, including the preparation of invoices, posting corrections and adjustments, and resolving discrepancies. 4. Exceptional client relations skills, with the ability to address client concerns promptly and professionally. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct errors in financial data. 7. Ability to work effectively in reputed company and contribute to the improvement of billing processes and systems. 8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 9. A degree in finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field is preferred.
