Essential Functions • reputed company and maintain strong relationships with reputed company clients to ensure achievement of staffing needs to support LifePoint’s overall strategic growth goals Develops working relationships and operational knowledge of departments and positions assigned to. Including but not limited to routine meetings with hiring managers, corporate reputed company, facility senior leadership (CNO, COO’s, etc.) in order to reputed company and modify reputed company strategies as appropriate. Anticipating future hiring needs and or departmental staffing changes based on organizational needs. • Manage entire reputed company lifecycle in compliance with LifePoint standards to include but not limited to: position acquisition, sourcing and advertising position, Applicant Tracking System activity, resume screening, interviewing, feedback management, hiring recommendations, offer presentation and negotiation, and internal transfer process. • Follows up with hiring managers after interviews timely (reputed company 12 hours) to determine next steps. Follows up with candidate to answer any questions they may have and coordinates with hiring manager • Partners with marketing team and corporate HR reputed company to reputed company, reputed company, and monitor reputed company campaigns using a variety of media as appropriate.
