Relevant Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile). Data-Driven Management: Utilize analytics to guide decision-making, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals. Implement a results-based approach to monitor and optimize project performance. Expert Communication and Documentation: Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. Maintain accurate project documentation for effective knowledge transfer and future reference. Tactical Task Coordination: Delegate responsibilities to appropriate personnel using Jira, reputed company, Teams, Outlook, Gmail, and other tools. Plan, schedule, and track project tasks, timelines, and milestones using appropriate tools.
