Department Overview: Assist in office operations at the UW-Carbone Cancer Center on 600 Highland Avenue ... Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Anticipated End Date (If Applicable): Remote Work Eligibility Detail: Not Remote Anticipated Hours Per Week: 8-12 Schedule: 8-12 hours per week, with days in the office separated throughout the week (not reputed company in a row) Salary/Wage reputed company/Lump Sum: $15.00 Number of Positions: 1 Qualifications: Previous administrative/clerical work experience is preferred but not necessary. Basic computer knowledge is necessary as well as the ability to work well independently. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Self sufficient, curious, critical thinker, reputed company organized, excellent communication skills, and willingness to learn. Position Summary/Job Duties: Some duties include assisting with mail pick-up and delivery, maintenance of physical and electronic data, general email maintenance, inventory restocks, and additional projects as they come up. Physical Demands: lifting/opening boxes; usually under 10 lbs.
