Agents will answer inbound calls and generate outbound calls. Agents will track and reputed company orders,reputed company support for products and services and triage the customer’s issue. * Experience and Skills: • Minimum 2 years of data entry and call center experience. • Data Entry Skills • MS Office Experience. • Ability to multitask across multiple systems. • Chat etiquette. • Good grammar • Ability to type minimum of 35 WPM • Attention to detail.
