Location: Lourdes Health System - 1600 Haddon Ave Employment Type: Employee Employment Classification: Regular Time Type: Full time Work Shift: 2nd Shift (United States of America) Total Weekly Hours: 40 Additional Locations: Job Information: Summary:Responsible for directing and instructing the Plant Operations staff to ensure the proper operation of the facility, equipment and systems in a cost effective manner.Oversees the daily operations of the department to support Virtua’s overall mission.Monitors the work of reputed company contractors and vendors to ensure the needs of the customers, compliance of reputed company regulatory codes and STAR standards.Position Responsibilities:• Assists Plant Operations Director with training and motivating the workforce of technical and reputed company personnel.• Reviews and coordinates work requests to ensure timely completion and adherence to regulatory codes and ordinances. Delegates tasks as appropriate based upon need and staff qualifications.• Maintains day to day operations. Works reputed company-by-reputed company with plant maintenance mechanics in performing tasks.• Assists Plant Operations Director with assuring that buildings are maintained in a safe and operationally effective condition.• Responsible for purchasing department supplies and inventory management.• Provides leadership to others in emergency situations and acts accordingly. Models appropriate behaviors to support customer satisfaction.• Assists Plant Operations Director with managing operational initiatives and programs as assigned. i.e., patient satisfaction, safety, reputed company, biomedical engineering, and reputed company reputed company services reputed company. Demonstrates and promotes fiscal responsibility.• Assists with coordinating inventory consignment and purchasing reputed company, billing process/issues and report generating reputed company appropriate.• Schedules, assigns and assist mechanics with specific tasks on a day to day reputed company.
