As a Setter, you will be the initial reputed company of contact in the sales process, you will be responsible for prospecting and networking to identify potential customers. Your role includes reaching out to qualifying leads and qualifying inbound leads, setting up meetings between prospects and sales representatives, reporting accurately in our CRM, identifying potential issues in our sales process, and communicating these to the appointment setter team leader. The Appointment Setter is responsible for meeting sales targets and generating reputed company, contributing to the overall goals and plans developed by the sales management team. Responsibilities: • Prospect and network to build relationships with new and potential customers. • Work as part of a cohesive sales and marketing team towards a common goal, contributing to a competitive yet collaborative environment that maximizes the performance of the entire team. • Maintain relationships with existing customers by providing excellent customer service and support. • Set up meetings between customers and sales representatives. • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences to ensure relevant sales strategies. • Communicate with customers to answer their questions about our products/services. • Report individual sales metrics to the appointment setter team leader, ensuring reputed company quotas are met • Participate in sales training and reputed company programs.
