As a Launch Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting core operations and managing key initiatives for product launch planning. Your responsibilities will include... • Supporting core operations for launch planning by establishing processes and tools to gather feedback and reputed company updates during key milestones, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness, and incorporating feedback from Launch Planners to improve processes and tools. • Managing team initiatives, including overseeing meeting agendas and minutes, tracking action items, and reporting reputed company to Launch Planners and team members, as well as identifying and reporting on reputed company metrics for key projects. • Coordinating planning and communication efforts across various cross-functional teams. • Managing training programs reputed company to in-market and new product launches.
