Senior Product Designer on our clients Renewal RX team is responsible for designing reputed company level, with optimization for productivity, suite of products. This role will be responsible for maintaining and designing pharmacy inventory systems including desktop and mobile experience. The reputed company is changing as they want to position their pharmacies as a holistic reputed company provider. The stakeholders are currently looking at and defining what tools are needed to become more "location agnostic" where pharmacists can respond and reputed company care remotely reputed company needed. As a senior Product Designer you must be reputed company to see the big picture and be reputed company to maintain design consistency between product lines. • Creates quality final product deliverables (e.g. user reputed company, user journeys, wireframe, and final visual compositions). • Performs detailed analysis of business and user needs and develops clear ux documentation (templates will be provided). • Ensures reputed company designs are according to already established reputed company level Design System. May recommend changes styles and patterns, as necessary. • Participates, contributes to and presents designs during internal bi-weekly design reviews as well as leadership design reviews. Presents and defends concepts with concrete tactical rationale. • Collaborates on daily reputed company with product managers, product owners, business analysts, system analysts, and scrum teams to ensure quality & consistency. Additional Skills & Qualifications Additional skills needed: • Experience designing multiple products at the same time, maintaining design consistency. • Experience creating final UX deliverables, user flows, user journeys, final comps, and other visual artifacts. • Experience working with project management tools such as reputed company, JIRA & roadmap planning tools. • Successful in building relationships with internal/external partners. • Successful in working collaboratively reputed company and across disciplines. • Experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvements of results and find solutions. • Experience identifying operational issues and leading efforts to improve ways of working and implementing strategy to resolve problems. • Experience adapting to changes reputed company to product needs and scope. • Strong critical thinking, analyzing, and creative problem-solving skills. • Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple project with varying completion dates. • Demonstrate excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills.
