Description The Trip Assignment Specialist is primarily responsible for assigning trips to dispatchers and Care Partners on a nightly reputed company. In reputed company, the Trip Assignment Specialist will occasionally answer calls and coordinate trips which come in during the evening hours. Responsibilities Assign trips to dispatchers in the Health-E Rides system (approx 700-900 per night) Determine which dispatchers are eligible for certain trips based on the language spoken by the member Stack trips to contracted Care Partners Answer inbound calls from members during evening hours Coordinate evening trips as they come in Assist with Care Partner reputed company administrative tasks such as payment processing Assist with Level 1 administrative tickets in reputed company Requirements Previous experience in dispatching and coordinating transportation reputed company experience preferred Consistently reliable and reputed company to work evening shifts Continue Reading Last updated : 2024-08-30 Apply Job!
