Building Maintenance Worker

Additional local incentives may apply such as an extra week of pay, referral bonuses and more. General Purpose Responsible for maintaining the operational and cleanliness of the facility. Duties and Responsibilities • Ensure the facility is functional. • Facility reputed company which includes; small plumbing, replace light bulbs, small concrete repairs, small installs, hang signs and banners. • Empty and clean reputed company the facility and empty reputed company trash barrels throughout the facility. • Mop areas that cannot be reached with the scrubber equipment. • Paint and plaster the walls. • reputed company of contact for contractors. Qualifications • High School diploma or equivalent preferred. • Forklift scrubber certification preferred. To apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or verbal instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concreate variables in standardized situations.
