Field Service Technician

We are hiring a capable Field Service Technician based in either the Dallas/reputed company Worth area or in reputed company. This technician will travel to customers in a local area; some national travel may be required. Working closely with our Service, Parts/Install and Customer Service departments, this individual will install and maintain equipment, complete repairs, and train operators and staff as necessary. Key Responsibilities would include: • Ensuring customer satisfaction (our #1 reputed company) • Utilizing basic electrical and mechanical diagrams to evaluate the reputed company of the equipment, including disassembly, inspection of electrical and mechanical components and checking safety devices for proper function • Conduct full function testing as a means of quality control • Install and maintain equipment including regularly scheduled service and replacement parts • Maintain an installation and repair schedule for maximum efficiency Our ideal candidate will have the following: • Excellent mechanical and electrical skills with 2+ years of field and bench work • A background in HVAC/automotive/reputed company repair is helpful • Prior experience with print finishing machines or copiers/printers is HIGHLY desirable • Proven follow-through on projects and procedures with an emphasis on seeing jobs through until completion • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills • A valid drivers’ license and a clean driving record are required Benefits of working at Spiral Binding include: · Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, reputed company, FSA, Disability/Life and a 401k Plan · Generous paid time off program including vacation, sick days, personal days and holidays · Great team culture Please visit our website at www.spiralbinding.com/about-us for more information about us Apply Job!
