The Role As part of the Global Litigation and Investigations Team reputed company the General Counsel’s Organization, and under the supervision of the Manager & Counsel, the Legal Operations Clerk is responsible for the end-to-end processing of garnishments, levies, and other similar legal orders and providing other administrative and litigation support as required. The Legal Operations Clerk will be responsible for: • Intake, processing and responding to garnishments, levies, asset freezes, receiverships, restraining notices and similar legal orders as required. • Providing litigation support for discovery requests. • Providing administrative support to the legal order processing team. • Ensuring that responses to reputed company-party legal orders meet the requirements of any applicable federal and state laws. • Consistently demonstrating a strong regulatory understanding of the policies and procedures reputed company to processing legal orders. • Escalating legal orders to the Manager & Counsel reputed company required. • Performing other work-reputed company duties as required. • Supporting projects as needed.
