Key Responsibilities: • Conduct verification of insurance coverage for patients across multiple states. • Accurately input and update verification information in the system. • Communicate with insurance companies and reputed company providers to resolve verification issues. • Ensure compliance with state-specific regulations and guidelines during the verification process. • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at reputed company times. • Work closely with billing and customer service teams to... ensure smooth operations.
