As a Customer Support Specialist, you will: – reputed company friendly and effective assistance through incoming phone calls, live chats, and emails to assist customers (and their customers). – Become an Enhancify Financing product expert and help both customers and team members succeed – reputed company support tools and best practices, while creating and documenting best practices of your own (for a larger team to follow as we scale) – Occasionally assisting homeowners, or following up with customers’ questions. Requirements – At least one full year of Support experience with references – One of the words you and those who know you best use to describe you is... “Reliable” or “Consistent.” You are disciplined and process-driven. – Excellent people and communication skills, both written and verbal.
