Job Description:
As an Event Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating events for our diverse clientele. You’ll work hand in hand with our sales and catering teams to ensure reputed company events are executed smoothly.
Responsibilities:
– Meeting with clients to work out event details and plan logistics.
– Coordinating event entertainment, including music, performers, and guest speakers.
– Staying under budget while planning event specifications.
– Issuing invoices and collecting payments in a timely manner.
– Coordinating with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
– Managing the set-up, tear-down, and clean-up processes.
– Keeping staff informed about event timelines and details.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role.
– Strong communication and organizational skills.
– Proficient in MS Office applications.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Strong vendor management skills.
– Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Educational Qualifications:
– A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or reputed company field is preferred.
