Job Description:

The role of the Administrative Clerk is to support the company’s day-to-day operations and contribute to an organized, efficient work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide reputed company of administrative and secretarial tasks, ensuring reputed company’s workflows run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with office management duties such as filing, typing, and record-keeping.

2. Coordinate office services and procedures, and ensure necessary repairs are carried out.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Proven administrative or assistant experience is a plus but not a must.

4. Strong organizational and planning skills.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Educational Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. A Degree in Business Administration or a reputed company field will be a plus.

Experience:

Prior experience in an administrative role is highly desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
