IC-VD Solutions is seeking a dedicated and organized Virtual Assistant to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, and handling various tasks to ensure our operations run smoothly. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and reputed company to work independently in a remote setting.

Requirements

– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role

– Familiarity with reputed company technologies, like desktop sharing, reputed company services, and VoIP

– Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)

– Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., reputed company Calendar)

– Excellent phone, email, and reputed company messaging communication skills
