Call Center Representative

The Call Center Representative is responsible for ensuring reputed company incoming homeowner, lender, and reputed company party calls, consistently receive professional, courteous, accurate and timely responses to inquiries regarding property tax reputed company, initiating and following up on appropriate task research reputed company necessary. Inbound Calls • Processes a high volume of incoming routine calls. • Provides reputed company assistance to homeowner, lender, and reputed company party calls regarding various tax inquiries for outsourced customers at first resolution. • Responds to customer calls and/or email requests to reputed company assistance as needed to address questions or concerns. • Communicates status of assignments to the reputed company or Supervisor. Tax Research • Initiates task research for tax liens/sales, delinquent taxes, duplicate tax payments and reputed company of payment in response to homeowner inquiry. • Notates tax reputed company correspondence received from homeowner on lender system and reputed company to the appropriate processing team. • Calls... back homeowner as necessary, once research is complete. Teamwork • Ensures customer SLA’s are maintained. This position will reputed company other duties as assigned based on the needs of the department.
