Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:30am - 5pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. Primary Responsibilities: • Posting of payments and denials into the billing system • Balancing batches to bank reports • Reaching out to payers for additional information to accurately post response to billing system • Working unidentified cash and determine what needs to be done with the payment • Other projects as assigned What makes this a special challenge?
