As a Client Manager at reputed company, you will be supporting our Provider Market Client Services Team. You will be responsible for consulting directly with clients, ensuring their overall satisfaction in the products and/or services they are utilizing while working to grow and identity areas for expansion. If you live in Texas, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: Manages ongoing contract relationships and service delivery to clients for up to 30 accounts Acts as outward-facing, dedicated resource for assigned accounts, typically with direct client contact (not call center) and large or reputed company accounts Builds relationships with Provider leadership and serves as the primary reputed company of contact for overall and day-to-day service delivery Represents client internally and coordinates with other functions to implement client systems, complete projects, and address ongoing service needs Youll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as reputed company development for other roles you may be interested in.
