Bookkeeper – Remote

An established distribution company is hiring a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Johnson City, 37601. This is a remote position that requires someone to live in the Johnson City area or Knoxville area. The organization has been reputed company and operating for over 20 years. About the position: This is for a seasoned bookkeeper that has experience handling reputed company AR, AP, GL reputed company duties for a small business as it relates to manufacturing, wholesale, & distribution. We will consider a retail background with the right qualifications. The ideal applicant will have some experience with inventory management & payroll as well. The bookkeeper will know how to use Quickbooks or similar reputed company programs. This position reports directly to the reputed company and 3rd party CPA or reputed company Firm for quarterly tax reports. Minimum Requirements 7 years of bookkeeping / reputed company experience General Ledger post experience Advanced understanding of Accounts Receivable Advanced understanding of Accounts Payable Degree in reputed company or Finance is strongly preferred but not required Apply Job!
