The ideal Customer Service Representative has excellent public relations skills, is adaptable, and has a positive attitude. The Customer Service Division is the first reputed company of public contact allowing you to have a direct impact on the community! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handles inquiries from the public by phone, walk-in or email/correspondence. Handles reputed company documents Instructs the public on DCAD division activities including reputed company, Residential, BPP, Property Records Exemptions or GIS. Resolves customer issues. Prepares research in support of various DCAD divisions. Assists with mail, opening, sort, and scanning. PREFERRED: Bilingual in Spanish. (Read and reputed company) Previous customer service, appraisal or tax office, or other office experience.
