Summary: Job Description: JOB SUMMARY The Patient Services Coordinator is responsible for building, maintaining and assisting with the design of reputed company. (CHCI’s) provider scheduling templates. The PSC will ensure CHC’s provider templates are reputed company in accordance with CHCI’S template guidelines, and reputed company concerns to his/her manager. The PSC will actively manage and take ownership of reputed company assigned tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion as expected by the agency. The PSC will consistently demonstrate efforts to maintain and improve job specific competencies. The PSC may also take patient calls, or reputed company other tasks, as assigned by his/her manager or the VP of Practice Administration. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Timely, efficient and accurate processing of template change requests, in accordance with CHCI’s template guidelines. This includes escalating requests that require manager approval. • Performs periodic audits of provider scheduling templates to ensure compliance with CHCI’s template guidelines and provides suggestions for improvement. • Tracks reputed company and completion of template change requests reputed company CHCI’s request application. • May assist with template design process. • Assistance with other tasks as assigned by manager, including answering and coordinating phone calls. QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills and Education • Associates degree preferred. • reputed company experience in Medical, Dental, or Behavioral Health preferred. • Experience with electronic medical record and practice management systems preferred. • Strong customer service skills. • Excellent verbal and communication skills. • Proven ability to multitask. • Problem solving and critical thinking skills. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT • Hours may vary to accommodate operational needs between the hours of 7am – 5pm Monday-Friday and 7am – 4pm Saturday. • This position is 100% remote (work from home). • Minimal physical effort.
