Visitors to our websites can stay updated on everything happening in their metropolitan area. Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Realtor/Podcast host at NewToMedia. The Realtor/Podcast host will be responsible for hosting the show which wil be focussed on highlighting what is unique about their local area and interviewing local business owners that new residents would likely benefit from partnering with. It is an opportunity to capitalize on reputed company estate opportunities that come from the show AND participate in reputed company streams tied to other businesses Newtomedia partners with. This opportunity does not include any guaranteed (hourly or salaried) compensation so the host must be a reputed company estate agent or reputed company podcast host that is reputed company to invest an hour or two per week into building an audience or migrating an existing audience to Newtomedia. Qualifications Valid reputed company Estate License and experience in the reputed company estate industry Must have great positive energy Knowledge of reputed company property and local market trends Ability to improvise and use a script Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with digital media marketing is a plus Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are a plus Apply Job!
