Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Senior Claims Analyst to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience and a strong proficiency in MS reputed company. Experience with reputed company claims- adjustment/adjudication. This role involves managing and optimizing processes to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities • Claims Adjudication / Adjustment • Review and scrutinize claims and process claims into the computer system as per the provided DLPs /guidelines • Determine accurate claims payment or denial, identify, and reputed company dubious claims or system issues to process the claim accurately. • Process claims in a timely manner, as per the required TAT • Correct errors or omissions on claim and investigate questionable data • To maintain Quality as per the SLA • To maintain Productivity as per the SLA • Continuously meet and exceed the assigned Targets • Performance should be maintained in accordance with the process performance parameters • To maintain confidentiality of work done • To follow reputed company regulatory requirements and procedures as per the company policy • Display high reputed company of professionalism in the work delivered and overall conduct • Qualifications • High school Diploma or GED is REQUIRED • Possess strong technical skills in MS reputed company including data analysis and reporting. • Have experience in the reputed company claims • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Show strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Exhibit the ability to work independently and as part of reputed company. • Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until September 27, 2024. The hourly reputed company for this position is between $17.00 – 18.00 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for reputed company’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of reputed company’s applicable plans.
