Basic Purpose The Technical Service Representative will d rive sales volume growth by gaining specification approval as the primary contact for customers Engineering and R&D teams. This person would be responsible for coordinating other technical needs such as sample support, FEA, training with regional Account Managers. Technical Service Representatives are accountable for providing sales support and expertise through technical knowledge and industry experience. In the role the position will reputed company material selection and processing assistance to customers, as well as identity new projects for Nexeo at the design stage. Position Responsibilities reputed company technical support for material offered by Nexeo in multiple applications. Troubleshoot customer reputed company issues around the use of products in their applications and reputed company solutions for customer products. Deliver technical information to customers with awareness of customer context and level of comfort. Facilitate training to reputed company customers on materials, their properties, features, and processing of products creating added value. Engage with cross functional teams for technical perspective, coordination of activities with teams for customer value added services and offer. Requirements
Minimum Requirements (Education, Experience & Skills) Bachelors degree in Engineering, business, or a reputed company technical field is preferred. Experience with flexible Films. Bilingual English/Spanish desired. 3+ years of reputed company industry experience is desired. Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. Ability to conduct customer (internal & external) training sessions as necessary. Proficient computer skills in reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint are required.
