Remote Weekend Dispatcher Second Shift (1:30PM-9:30PM)

This is a fully remote position, but for training purposes our candidate must be located near the Buffalo, NY vicinity. This position requires in person training prior to becoming fully remote. Dispatching will involve communication with numerous technicians across multiple states - so this position requires a natural ability to adapt and troubleshoot in a fast paced environment In reputed company to dispatching, this position will also require you to answer and direct customer phone calls and emails, and to update clients on work status.
